Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced designers will find a full-time salaried Senior Product Designer opportunity focused on leading the end-to-end customer experience for energy use portals and communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the full customer journey from research and discovery to post-launch iteration
• Drive best-in-class design practices while adapting processes to real-world constraints
• Facilitate qualitative user research studies and present findings to diverse stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software/digital product design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in the full stack of product design, including research, UX, UI, and prototyping
• Experience with systemic and service design thinking for complex ecosystems
• Deep fluency with modern design and research tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Technical fluency with frontend capabilities and component frameworks for collaboration with engineering
