Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design of user interfaces and digital product flows, the full-time Senior Product Designer will develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire product design lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering production-ready designs
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design strategy
• Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring adherence to best practices in UX and accessibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in product design or a closely related position
• Proficiency in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for both web and mobile platforms
• Experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
