Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end user experience of a cybersecurity platform, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely to design intuitive workflows, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product's usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the platform's information architecture, navigation, onboarding, and core workflows
• Run usability research and customer interviews to identify areas for improvement
• Design onboarding experiences that enable new users to quickly derive value from the product

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly in developer tools, security, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience shipping at least one enterprise product end-to-end with a focus on UX tradeoffs
• Strong UX instincts with a background in conducting usability studies and translating findings into design
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with mature component libraries
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining design quality
