Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the Mariana Tek platform for boutique fitness businesses, the full-time Senior Product Designer will create intuitive design solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead complex design initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for class scheduling, booking, inventory management, and point-of-sale functionalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies aligned with user needs and business goals
• Conduct user research and synthesize findings to inform design decisions and improve product usability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design patterns
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective communication with engineers
