Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Embracing complexity, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design for Fountain's CRM product, focusing on user-driven experiences, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment with required overlap of 6+ hours with US Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of Fountain's CRM product from discovery through delivery
• Design intuitive user experiences that address user needs and drive measurable hiring outcomes
• Conduct user research to validate solutions and inform product direction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS with a strong portfolio
• Exceptional interaction design and visual craft skills
• Expert-level proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, and strong AI fluency
• Experience in user research and validation to uncover real user needs
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to balance user needs with business goals
