Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Designer II will execute high-quality design across onboarding, subscription experiences, and lifecycle moments while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design across the full growth scope, maintaining high craft standards from concept to product launch
• Partner with the Principal Designer to shape product direction, contributing to decisions and refining design questions
• Drive experimentation by identifying problems, framing hypotheses, designing variants, and interpreting results to inform future work

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, particularly in growth, conversion, or retention contexts
• Proficiency in using AI-native tools such as Cursor or Claude as a standard part of the design workflow
• Fluency in experimentation, including A/B testing and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and the ability to design toward specific user outcomes
• Experience working fluidly within established design systems and contributing to them
