Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to create solutions for mission-critical user problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from end to end to create new features and experiences
- Develop a deep understanding of member needs and create seamless healthcare recommendations
- Collaborate with the product team and engineers to shape the roadmap and evolve the design system
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing products and internal tools or B2B systems
- Strong strategic product thinking skills that complement design skills
- A highly refined aesthetic sense with a preference for simple and clean experiences
- Proven track record of leading design projects from end to end
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without immigration sponsorship
