Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Previous experience designing and launching a 0-1 product
• Experience leading ambiguous design initiatives anchored to customer needs
• Strong bias to action and ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Portfolio showcasing a systems-thinking approach to complex problems
