Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their product team and lead design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process on core product initiatives, focusing on content discovery and user workflows
• Drive design systems work in Figma, including components, patterns, and accessibility best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver thoughtful, usable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or content platforms
• Strong systems thinking and UX fundamentals, with a focus on layout, hierarchy, and responsive design
• Ability to simplify complex information and design for clarity and scalability
• Self-starter mindset, capable of owning work from concept to launch with minimal oversight
• Confident communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
