Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape user-centered product experiences within their Reporting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for a key product area, from discovery to delivery of user-centered experiences
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and track UX success metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and deliver scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, particularly with B2B or SaaS applications in an Agile environment
• Expertise in core UX disciplines, including interaction design and accessibility best practices
• Experience leading end-to-end design on cross-functional teams
• A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and polished interfaces
• A bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience
