Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to facilitate the end-to-end design of products and services with a focus on Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trust through proactive communication and collaboration while recommending quality user experience design solutions
• Meet with stakeholders to identify and prioritize design needs and opportunities, articulating key customer problems
• Facilitate workshops to frame problems, gather requirements, and deliver optimal design solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in enterprise-level product design, specifically with Design Systems
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) required
• Experience with design tools, preferably Figma, and familiarity with tools like Storybook
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban teams
