Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Designer who will create high-performing user experiences to drive lead generation and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of design standards to ensure a cohesive user experience across web properties
• Create user-centric designs by collaborating with stakeholders and product managers to set project goals and requirements
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of B2B experience in product design, applying UX principles and WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience in optimizing websites for branding and demand creation objectives
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, light JavaScript)
• Experience with reporting tools and methodologies, such as Google Analytics
• Experience maintaining design systems and component-based web design
