Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to define user needs and deliver best-in-class user experiences
• Drive design system strategy and deliver complex user interactions, ensuring quality from conception to launch
• Mentor junior team members and lead design initiatives to enhance user experience across products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human Computer Interaction, technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience creating engaging user experiences in an enterprise-level organization
• In-depth knowledge of workflow design and solid understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver user experiences
