Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to define user needs and deliver best-in-class user experiences
• Drive design system strategy and deliver complex user interactions while mentoring junior team members
• Lead research and analysis initiatives, ensuring high-quality project execution from conception to launch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human Computer Interaction, technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience creating engaging multi-platform user experiences at an enterprise level
• In-depth knowledge of workflow design and solid understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience working in an agile software development environment with cross-functional teams
