Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer focused on Reclaim.ai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design work across Reclaim's product areas, including AI scheduling and collaboration workflows
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define problems and ship polished experiences
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and help define the long-term design vision for Reclaim

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing software products, ideally in B2B SaaS or productivity tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work with a focus on complex flows
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with a systems-thinking approach
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high autonomy
• Deep empathy for users navigating dense calendars, meetings, and team coordination
