Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer for the Intranet Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a complex set of internal products and simplify user experience
• Assist the product manager in shaping the overall product development strategy
• Contribute to the collection of up-to-date information about employees and organizational processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in product teams, with a minimum of 1 year in a senior position
• Experience with interfaces that have high data density and complex scenarios
• Independence and proactivity in work
• Ability to conduct interviews with stakeholders and users
• Strong understanding of UI and its impact on product perception
