Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to lead end-to-end design for key features within their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product design lifecycle, from user research to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and collaborate with Product Managers on requirements
• Advocate for UX best practices and analyze post-launch performance data for optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in user-focused SaaS
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and polished visual design
• Expertise in Figma or equivalent tools for wireframing and prototyping
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience mentoring designers and familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design methodologies
