Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for patient, clinical, and growth-focused initiatives
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs of patients and clinicians
• Develop and maintain design systems to support consistency and efficiency across the product

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product design experience, including work in consumer experiences
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and interaction design
• Experience designing for complex workflows or multi-sided platforms
• Hands-on user research skills, including planning and synthesizing studies
• Strong visual design sensibilities with the ability to enhance product aesthetics
