Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer for their Enterprise division.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Admin experience, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Ensure cohesive experiences for Admins across all Atlassian products
• Use research and data to identify friction points and influence product strategy for growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Design
• Experience designing complex enterprise products, preferably in the B2B space
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
• Track record of shipping innovative, user-centered solutions in cross-functional teams
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies in product design
