Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the Jira Design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences integrating AI into Jira's workflow and collaboration
• Modernize the visual language of Jira through design patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a unified view of modern work management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with complex or enterprise-level software
• High level of craft in visual design execution
• Experience with AI products, including Agents, Chat, and Search
• Experience in end-to-end UX/product design for impactful solutions
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility
