• Design B2C experiences that enhance the fan journey from event discovery to entry
• Collaborate with teams to define and visualize the product vision and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
• Proven success in designing mobile-first, consumer-facing (B2C) products
• Experience leading design for multi-platform products (native apps and responsive web)
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with design systems and modern workflows
• A strategic mindset to translate product vision into actionable design direction
