Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX3).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX research and discovery activities to understand customer needs and challenges
• Produce user personas, journeys, flows, and service blueprints while documenting design specifications
• Collaborate with product teams to define design scope, manage projects, and validate design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in design using UCD or Design Thinking methodologies in B2C or B2B environments
• Portfolio showcasing UX-focused work for enterprise software applications
• Experience with enterprise personas and journey mapping
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
• Bachelor's or master's degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
