Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the Design System, ensuring it is both beautiful and practical
• Translate high-craft design into scalable systems and pattern libraries that integrate smoothly into product work
• Work directly with engineering and design teams to develop and implement tooling with a focus on maintaining speed and quality
• Represent and evangelize the Design System internally, building alignment, adoption, and support across teams

Required Qualifications

• Design systems expertise, comfortable with both system design and product-facing work
• Systems thinking, balancing high-craft visual design with scalable integration
• Strong and flexible point of view, confident in taste and decisions
• Excellent presence to inspire confidence and foster adoption of design systems
