Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of patient-facing product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create seamless, intuitive experiences across the patient journey including onboarding, provider matching, and telehealth sessions
• Design solutions to enhance patient engagement and accommodate various payment scenarios
• Build and maintain scalable design systems while conducting user research and collaborating with engineering

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer digital products
• Deep understanding of conversion funnels and user psychology
• Experience in high-velocity environments with a track record of delivering polished designs
• Proficiency with modern design tools and a willingness to explore AI-assisted workflows
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
