Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for top-of-funnel, onboarding, activation, and subscription flows
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to drive measurable growth outcomes
• Create and test hypotheses through A/B experiments and rapid iteration

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, freemium, or subscription products
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in growth, lifecycle, or funnel optimization
• Experience with experimentation, analytics tools, and metrics-driven decision making
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous spaces with a test-and-learn mindset
