Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience (5-9+ years in UX/Product Design)
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex user problem-solving and measurable impact on product features
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools and advanced prototyping
• Experience with user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable design strategies
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools and technologies in design workflows
