Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Sales Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated product design partner for Sales Experiences teams, collaborating within a product-engineering-design triad
• Lead user research and journey mapping across the full sales lifecycle to design intuitive UX/UI for internal tools
• Establish cohesive UX patterns and standards for internal sales tooling, ensuring alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design with a focus on complex workflows
• Experience designing internal tools or enterprise software for sales or revenue-focused teams
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
• Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to design scalable frameworks
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a triad model
