Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Shepherd and strengthen the existing design system, identifying gaps and modernizing components
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align system work with product priorities
• Improve and maintain design system documentation, ensuring clarity and usability for designers and engineers

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years of product design experience with direct ownership of a design system
• Proven experience in evolving and maintaining a design system in a product environment
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and Front End Engineers
• Experience designing component-based systems using tools like Figma
• Solid understanding of front-end concepts such as HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React
