Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer and Internal Systems Expert to lead the evolution of internal tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and synthesize findings to improve internal workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for applications and dashboards
• Manage the design system and collaborate with engineering to build scalable components

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Design, focusing on internal tools or data-heavy applications
• Expertise in the end-to-end UX process, from user research to UI execution
• Proficiency in Figma for building prototypes that simulate real-world behavior
• Ability to work independently and facilitate meetings to gather requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
