Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Fintech team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end web experiences, managing the entire process from concept to launch
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests to analyze feedback and iterate on designs
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems and ship features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing modern digital products with a strong portfolio
• Proven track record of designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch
• Experience collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams in agile settings
• Strong judgment in making data-driven decisions based on research and metrics
• Bonus: Experience with AI tooling for rapid prototyping
