Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Financial Crimes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-stakes decision systems for complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems
• Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring quality implementation and resilience in high-stakes contexts
• Conduct deep research and testing to ground design decisions in real-world insights

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with ownership of end-to-end projects
• Experience in data-heavy, regulated, or operationally complex domains
• Ability to design alongside data-driven systems and integrate AI or ML models
• Strong skills in prototyping to explore trade-offs and test assumptions
• Proven ability to translate complex technical constraints into intuitive interfaces
