Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of complex digital products and features.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product design for assigned product areas
• Partners with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and solutions
• Conducts user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience (Required)
• 4-6 years of professional product design experience on digital products (Required)
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices (Required)
• Advanced proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Sketch) (Required)
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems (Required)
