Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead product design initiatives and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for major product workstreams from research to post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create business-driven design solutions
• Identify and propose data-backed improvements to enhance the customer journey

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech or complex B2B environments
• A strong portfolio demonstrating systemic thinking and successful product launches
• Expert proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
• Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS) and bridging design with engineering
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design processes and output quality
