Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for the kids investment account product aimed at helping parents invest for their children
• Own the end-to-end user experience from research and prototyping to final design hand-off
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance product engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a key member of a design team with a focus on engagement and retention
• Proficient in user-centered design with a strong understanding of design fundamentals and fluent in Figma
• Knowledge of usability, interaction design, visual design, front-end development, and mobile-first UX/UI
• Ability to articulate the strategic impact of design vision to stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in a fintech or related industry is a plus
