Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design for high-growth consumer applications
• Expertise in Figma and building scalable design systems
• Strong ability to communicate design rationale to non-designers
• Experience with AI tools to improve design workflows
• Residency in one of the specified operational states
