Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Growth focused on enhancing the onboarding experience and engagement for therapy seekers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end member onboarding experience, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Improve activation and early engagement by identifying drop-off points and designing solutions through A/B tests
• Design personalized experiences leveraging AI to adapt to client needs and preferences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 1 year focused on growth in a B2C or B2B2C environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a data-driven approach to B2C growth initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• Experience with A/B testing and lean user research methodologies
• Genuine desire to create inclusive products while adhering to accessibility standards
