Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design efforts through research to uncover user needs and translate insights into design outcomes
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to contribute to product discovery and ensure design is integrated from concept to launch
• Own the full design lifecycle, including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs while validating solutions with users

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields with a strong portfolio
• Experience designing B2B products, particularly for SaaS platforms, CRMs, or ERPs
• Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
• Experience with product analytics tools to inform design decisions and measure impact
• Expertise in user research methods and the ability to synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative data
