Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own UX strategy and execution across Merch Tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UX strategy and execution for complex, data-intensive workflows and dashboards
• Design scalable, role-based SaaS experiences that simplify operational decision-making
• Drive experimentation and iterative improvement using behavioral analytics and A/B testing

Required Qualifications

• 8-14 years of product/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
• Proven experience designing complex, workflow-driven, role-based systems
• Strong expertise in designing end-to-end workflow systems with state-based UX
• Advanced Figma expertise, including scalable component libraries
• Experience leveraging behavioral analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
