Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of social core experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design for social core experiences end-to-end, including friend connections and community participation
• Set clear team direction, define problems, and align stakeholders to turn strategy into actionable work
• Drive cross-platform design across VR, desktop, mobile, and web while maintaining coherence and quality

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional product design experience with significant user-facing product delivery
• Strong UX craft in flows, interaction design, prototyping, and systems thinking
• Experience designing across platforms and input modes while ensuring usability and clarity
• Ability to operate as a lead, creating alignment and driving decisions in ambiguous situations
• Deep understanding of social product quality and community norms
