Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex, workflow-driven experiences across Spotify for Artists
• Define interaction models for AI-assisted and automation-powered product experiences
• Rapidly prototype concepts using AI-enabled tools and collaborate with engineering and product teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex digital products
• Experience designing AI-powered or automation-driven product experiences
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development or prototyping tools
• Experience designing creator tools, B2B platforms, or analytics-driven workflow products
• Ability to balance speed and craft in design while considering systems and scalability
