Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex features and product areas from discovery and research through final delivery
• Translate customer research, analytics, and business strategy into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize findings into actionable improvements

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product design experience, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or complex enterprise software environments
• Proven ability to independently lead moderately to highly complex initiatives with ambiguous requirements
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, systems-level problem solving, and polished execution
• Deep expertise in UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards, and responsive design patterns
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and navigating competing priorities to deliver measurable outcomes
