Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of the cannabis wholesale marketplace and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for major initiatives across the platform
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy and roadmap
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI
• Experience designing complex SaaS, marketplace, or workflow-driven products
• Demonstrated experience building or contributing to design systems at scale
• Expertise with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
• Strong understanding of design systems and scalable UX patterns
