Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating measurable impact
• Experience designing B2B SaaS products, preferably in fintech or complex platforms
• Strong understanding of product-led growth and product funnels
• Experience in experimentation-driven environments, including A/B testing
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments using modern design tools
