Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio
• BA/BS degree in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies
