Job Summary

• Lead design efforts to improve user experience within the app
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence design decisions
• Launch features into production while iterating on existing designs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in mobile app or enterprise web application design
• Experience with growth- and retention-focused products, ideally in rewards
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Protopie
• Experience with animation tools, preferably Rive
• Ability to self-direct and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
