Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join their Product Design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for key surfaces within Treasury or Spend Control
• Shape the design strategy based on customer insights and first principles
• Drive feature adoption through thoughtful introduction patterns and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience designing financial, data-dense, or policy-driven products
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft and measurable impact
• Experience working closely with data science, analytics, and research partners
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence design decisions
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to define and solve complex problems
