Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Platform Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver outcome-focused products and services
• Lead user research and discovery efforts to shape product direction and validate ideas
• Create user flows, journey maps, and prototypes while tracking the impact of design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, preferably in a SaaS or B2B context
• Experience in leading projects from framing to delivery and post-launch iteration
• Ability to design for measurable impact using research and data
• Fluency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Comfortable navigating regulated workflows or eager to master them
