Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to shape the user experience for their second product aimed at emergency managers and high-risk industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define user experience vision and design strategy in collaboration with the Director of Product
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create intuitive product experiences from complex operational needs through various design artifacts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in researching, designing, and shipping software products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem framing and clarity in design thinking
• Experience collaborating with senior product leaders to shape strategy
• Proven user research skills with the ability to translate insights into design direction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
