Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer (Core Product Track).

Key Responsibilities

• Design product experiences that drive user behavior in collaboration with the Patient journey and Platform teams
• Create treatment journeys for patients with ADHD and other mental health conditions, fostering emotional connections and trust
• Contribute to the design system and collaborate with product teams on strategy to define OKRs and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
• Experience designing B2B SaaS and/or consumer digital products
• Fluent in Russian and English
• A portfolio demonstrating real product thinking and user flows
• Experience with AI-based product experiences is a plus
