Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design strategy and innovation across its product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for complex, cross-product initiatives and partner with various teams to define product vision
• Own end-to-end design processes for ambiguous product initiatives and drive excellence in the design system
• Mentor and coach designers while establishing design operations and processes to enhance team productivity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in B2B/SaaS product design
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale design initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Expert-level proficiency in user-centered design processes and human-computer interaction principles
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience designing for AI-powered features and complex enterprise software
